Return Policy
Policy valid for Mainland UK customers only.
Due to Health and Safety reason, we only accept returns or exchange if:
(i) Incorrect item(s) received
(ii) Defective item(s) upon receiving
Customer is responsible to inspect items including bulk buy upon receiving the item(s).
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from (website) with a valid order number. Purchases from other retailers should be returned through the original place of purchase.
Return Process
Please contact the customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item(s), providing the order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Returns or exchange may not be eligible if a report is made outside the 15-day time window.
Please kindly return the item(s) as instructed by our customer service team. Please retain the product and packaging until further instructions are provided. You may be asked to provide proof of delivery and/or photographic evidence.
We will send a confirmation email upon receiving your return. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for us to process the return.
Only item(s) received in following condition will be eligible for exchange or refunds:
- For incorrect item(s), it must be in its original packaging.
- For incorrect item(s), capsules, sachets, boxes and bottles should be unopened and unused.
Exchange item(s) will be for the same product.
My Myracle reserves the right to decline the return if the above condition is not met.
REFUND Policy
Refunds will be processed after item(s) being accepted.
Monetary refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as account credit, as per the customer’s request.
You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been processed and please allow up to 14 days for it to be processed.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days of approval, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider for further information.
